Kids - Saturday at 9:30am
Teens - Saturday at 10:45am

A functional fitness class designed to develop strength, stability and mobility for young people aged 5–9 and 10–15. Our fully coached strength and conditioning sessions focus on building fundamental movement skills, improving physical confidence and creating a positive structured environment.
